The NWPA Fall Meeting is set! Sunday November 15th at 12:30pm at the Shoreline Library in Shoreline, WA. For Directions and Information: http://www.kcls.org/shoreline/ The Executive Board will meet for 30 minutes before the General meeting at 12:00pm.
At this meeting we'll be going over: NWPA and WGI competition Schedule and Hosting Draw for performance times at NWPA Competitions Submitt Show Applications Submit Show Fees Reports from the Board Other new business Note: Ammendments and Rule Change Proposals happen only at the Spring meeting. Remember Performance order is based on random draw from paid members at the fall meeting and then from the postmark of payment as of the Fall Meeting date with first applications getting the right to perform last. When unit's postmarks are the same, each show shall be randomly drawn for performance time.
The general meeting should hopefully be done on or before 2pm. Directly following the general meeting will be a Show Sponsor Meeting with our Show Coordinator which should wrap up on or before 3pm. If you have any other questions/concerns or want to submit agenda items please email
