- Board Elections: The 2010-2011 NWPA Executive Board was elected. The Positions are as follows: President - Jonathon Brown, Vice President - Doug Kasales, Treasurer - Jimmy Fursman, Secretary - Teena Bailee, Education Director - Rebekah Niemi.

- Evaluations Format: The Board and the voting members in attendance voted to change the format of the Evaluation show. We will move to a one round extended interval format. This will allow a much longer and more meaningful conversation with our evaluation judges. Each group can decide if they want this performance to be closed or open to the public. Each group will be able to show up at their time, perform, and then leave. This will not include a competitive round.

 - Show Schedule: A tentative show schedule was decided upon. Including our new evaluations format, there will be 5 NWPA Shows. The WGI Regional in Vancouver is also back and will be on March 12th. NWPA Championships will be April 2nd! Check back for more details.

- Clinic: Last year we were unable to secure a host for the annual NWPA Clinic. - Promotions and Evaluations: The Board, along with the Judges Coordinator, voted to auto-promote the top 3 Scholastic Regional A guards to the Scholastic A class for the 2011 Winterguard Season. Emails were sent to these 3 groups congratulating them on their achievements throughout the season and informing them of the promotion. It was also reinforced that during the early season and at the evaluation show the judges have the discretion to reassign any group to the appropriate classification.
